This contract is between you and Stag Services
(referred to as "we" or "us") for the provision of holiday
accommodation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without
giving a reason. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything
contained in these terms and conditions.
The Granary
The Granary is privately owned and we pride
ourselves on the quality and standard we achieve. In the event that
something is not exactly as expected or missing then please let us
know and we will try and resolve it. Should you have cause to
complain please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our
utmost to resolve the problem. The reservation extends from 4pm on
the day of arrival. During off peak times the Granary will often be
available earlier. (Please check). Departure time is 10am on the day
of departure unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
For bookings made more than 6 weeks prior to
arrival; a part payment of one third of the total rental is
payable to secure the booking and the balancing sum is due for
payment 6 weeks before the date of the holiday.
For bookings made less than two months prior to arrival: the full
rental amount is payable to secure the booking. Please make cheques
payable to Stag Services. Payment can be made
by internet banking payment direct to our business account. Details
are at the top of the Booking Form page.
Your Obligation
Damages and breakages arising during your holiday
must be notified to us. Any serious damages and breakages will also
be charged at the cost of replacement. Only the number of people
detailed on the booking form will be entitled to occupy the Granary.
Your are responsible for the insurance of your personal property
whilst you are staying with us; please ensure that you are
adequately insured especially for valuables. You are given a key for
the Granary with an electronic gate remote: it is your
responsibility to keep the Granary safe and secure. (If your
shooting dog has accompanied you and is using the kennel, they are
not allowed inside the property. You must take full responsibility
for the animal).
Right of Entry
Should we need to go into the Granary we will
where possible arrange with you in advance but we reserve the right
to enter the cottage at reasonable times to check and carry out
essential maintenance.
Car Parking
Adequate off road parking is available on-site. We
do not accept responsibility for any loss or theft of or from a
vehicle howsoever caused. All vehicles are parked at own risk.
Cancellation
If you have made a booking for the next calendar
year then the deposit will be refunded should you cancel your
holiday prior to 1st January as long as your arrival date
is at least 90 days from the date you cancel. In all other
circumstances your deposit is non-refundable. Should you cancel your
holiday within four weeks of your holiday commencing then the full
balance is non-refundable. You should consider holiday insurance to
protect yourself against any losses.
If for any reason beyond our control (e.g. fire,
storm, damage, sale or withdrawal or the property) the property is
not available on the date booked a full refund will be made.
